OMG TECH

today we had OMG TECH come to our class room and we did some coding. it was fun I did a one quarter of a game but then it got boring to I stopped.

On one snowy cold day Ella and her friend Olivia went to go ice skating. So they got all their warm clothes on then they went of into the snow. When they got there there was sign it said ice tree it was the name of the park but they were not sure about something because there were no people. Usually there are lots of people maybe they are not allowed to ice skate.there was another sign next to it so they read it, it was all about the children and adults that were ice skating and died,The only thing was they didn't go back home.

They walked to this big mountain and then Ella she was going to climb it. Olivia was so scared she didn’t go up after her because she was a scaredy cat. Ella held on to this big ice stick but then the top started to rumble So Ella held 0n to another ice stick then the whole thing started to fall it landed on Ella then she fall all the way done to the ground.

Olivia did not have time to call she freezes her hands to try and dig her out. On the corner of her eye Olivia saw a big track it had spades and shovels so Olivia stopped the track and asked him to help her dig Ella out of the snow. It was so scary but we found her and took her fast to the car to warm her up we rushed to the hospital. After a few days we found out that Ella was ok her parents were so happy so they took her home and lived life.

THE GIFT

Today I read a book called the Gift it was really cool it was about a boy that did not the name Mahue. Because his cousins are all ways mocking him but once everyone was in the Whare and he played his putorino and then we got a chocolate then his cousins were not mocking him anymore.    

THEN THEY LIVED HAPPILY EVER AFTER.

Whats the time Mr. Wolf

This morning the Pav went outside to play a game the game was called What’s the time Mr Wolf  Mr . Moran was the wolf. Once we got outside we ran down to the gate at the end when we got to the end Moran said to Sivaenah that she had to say WHAT’S THE TIME MR WOLF so she did do it. Once we started I had butterflies in my stomach and then Sivaenah said what we had to say then we run and then Mr Moran turned around so we all freezed Mr Moran saw some people moving so he said there name I only got caught moving once but it was really fun. The winner was not me it was Sauma After that we went back to class and I was tired.        

RACE DAY

Good morning have you ever gone outside at your school just to have a run around the field?. Well my class have we just did it this morning so we lined up outside in two lines boy and girl and we sneak fully and silently walked to the side of the field near the race lines. We sat down on the concrete.

half of the girl's stood up and lined up to race and I was in the race I had butterflies in my tummy. When mr moran used this snappy thingy so they can run they all run in a hurry and the top four had to stay with miss moala. Then the rest of the girls lined up to race then mr moran with his crocodile mouth went TING,TING,TING,TING,TING and then the girl’s ran then miss moala picked the top four.

After the girl’s ran the boys ran but all of the boys ran. Mr moran with his crocodile mouth the boys went fast then miss. Moala picked the top four.

Top four boy’s and girl’s race each other and then they were like steaming they were run so fast as fast as fast could be. Mr moran said “pick four people “ so Miss.moala did and they had to race again.

After that mr moran said “you are not sprinting you are doing a crab race” everybody was like hah . They did not now what crab racing was you have to lay on your back and use your hands and feet to move so mr moran was like “ I am going to do it with you.” but when the crocodile mouth went CRUNCH mr moran did not win John did but it was sooooooooo funny.  

Niue Assembly

Today this morning me and some of the pav were in the Niue group and we preformed. There was some people that did some speeches and then the girls did a dance about a lemon because in Niue sepolo means lemon. After the girls the boys did a Haka and then we were finished.    

OMG tech

Today I went to creative space and there was this man from OMG tech and we made these torches and it is like a crocodile mouth put it is super cool. we made noises with play and that was sooo cool.

Immersion Assembly

On one sunny beautiful morning, after all the fun from the holidays we went back to school. And when I got there I saw all of my friends but we didn't have enough time to play, because the pav was already lining up. Once we got to the hall we sat down and we sat up so we could get stickers, people were  laughing because the teachers were dressed up that was funny. Suddenly MR. Burt and some other teachers started singing and it was about our theme this term MUSICAL MADNESS after the song Mr Burt was talking and talking and then we got started with team 1.

Team 1 they didn’t make a movie they played SNAP but the weird thing was they put on different music and they had different feelings, so what they were doing this term was how different music can connect with your feelings. After that Mr. Brut Yelled NOW IT IS TIME FOR TEAM 2 then team to started they sang a song buuut I don’t think you will no this song In the jungle the mighty jungle ,well for the truth I do not now what team 2 are doing .

team 3 made a video about a singing conversacion like really they were talking and using lyrics off songs. Team 4 made a funny video about singing in the car to make it funner in the car. Team 5 were sitting on the couch with a cup of popcorn and watched a movie called Lion king but they used different songs to make it scary and Funny.

The assembly was so fun and funny and a bit scary this term is going to be so fun.

My what if planet

In the solar system there has to be a fun and different planet somewhere ,and here is what I think of it.There's a Christmas planet ha ha ha ha that's funny my birthday is on the Christmas month,  it has candy cans for trees and mistletoe's for laves and there is a snowman in the middle next to a gingerbread. And it snows only if you find the right tree or should I say candy cane tree so find the right one and then press the button, magic snow goes everywhere some other candy cans have cool buttons like if you find one there will be a pool appearing out of the ground and when you walk near the edge and then togs will came right on you. Well there is one more tree I mean candy cane press the button then a cool as trampoline comes out of the ground and it is kind of like Jump you can have Snow, Pool, and Jump it is so cool I hope I can go there one day.

cross country writing

As I stood at the starting line, waiting for Mr. Burt to yell “Go,”  I felt as if I had butterflies in my tummy and then we had to go and run I was only jogging because I wanted to get ready for the end because I was going to jog the whole way and once I get pass the park i was going to sprint.Well I run through the gate outside of the school right there it was soooooooooo slagy and slimy every body was walking and saying’’ woooooooo this is grows’’ but I was just running like if you seen Forest gump this is Jenny ‘’ RUN FORREST RUN’’ like that I keep on saying that so I just listened. As I got to the park bit were Mr.Moran was I was so tired but i didn't give up I keep going so I got back into the gate and went back into school I sprinted a little bit then Awhina came and run pass me a little once i or should i say we got past the playground we sprinted but I tried to get pass her but it was a tie I don't know what I came but i had fun.       

My rocket writing

Today I made the best most amazing rocket ever. On top of the rocketship there is a shiny red pointy hat with a window in the middle, the body is gray with white and blue, the rocket boosters are green and it has three little pink and yellow pointy things on top with the body. My rocket has the most coolest power ever because you just have to press a button and say what kind of food you want it it will came straight away then you open the door and tack it and enjoy it.There is one more thing about my power that if you press the party button you can have a astronaut party while you and flying and your boosters are thrusting it is so amazing we are going to love it.

I am getting ready to hop in my rocket ship as I walk outside I get closer and closer to the rocket ship and some steps atomically come down and then I walk into a elevator and it takes me to the top of the rocket ship.We put something on the glass window and it counts down5,4,3,2,1, blast off. And the thruster the fire starting to come up the smoke spreading, then we went up,up,up into the sky it was like Heaven.

As I was gazing at the most beautiful place ever once it got darker and darker it means we were going to space.We were heading to Saturn with the big ring around it, I went throw the ring in my rocket ship I was trying to run to the window but you should know that if you're in Earth there is no gravity,That is way we do not float. In space you float so while I was trying to run in the air to get to the window. And look out it because the ring it is made out of rocks and that was so cool. when I looked on the anther side there was another rocket ship and it might of been my friend Simon he  was looking around like me. We went to the moon and we played around for a bit and then we hopped back into our rocket ships but the silly Simon landed on the side.  All the gas leaked out of the rocket ship and then he said ‘’ well I guess i’m coming with you so we came with me and eat a lot and then we went home a chilled.

trip to Romeo & Juliet

Today I have been chosen to go on a bus with some friends called Valessa and Sauma to see Romeo & Juliet the ballet. Lets start from the begging so we went to room 21 and ate some of our food because we were not going to bring our bags with us, so after we all ate we went on this bus once we were in there and sat down everybody saw that there was seat belts and there was two TV's and you can even put your chair down that bus was the most coolest bus I have ever been in. I said to my friend ''that I hope we go in this bus when we go back to school'' when we got there we all jumped out of the bus and we all lined up and we walked to the building and we went inside and sat on the ground in front of a big TV and waited to get in the theatre, once we got in the theatre we sat on a set and waited again but then it finely started and they talked talked talked and talked some more and then they showed us the costumes and then they started.The then they started fighting then the prince came and stoped them then they danced then they Juliet's family and a dance and that's when Romeo& Juliet met and they kissed yes it was real that gave me the heby jebys then when it finished we went out and waited some more for there was lots of waiting there was then our bus came and i got to sit at the front once we got to school we got our bags and went home it was a long trip.      

reading summery part 7

today I'm just going to get right into it so today Tom came and said '' mum asked if we wanted to go for a'' he whispered this part because of Sid ''walk'' but Sid still jumped up and run around so that means he heard him. So they went to the nearest park but Sid was not trying to run he had to walk so then they got to the park and Bella gave the lead to Tom and she ran to the end of the park and then Tom let go of Sid and he run. The next day Megan was finely at school on time but there was a crowd of kids surrounding her because she was showing pictures of her dog Coco and that is all I read today.  

Stardom

Yesterday, all the Year 3s and Year 4s got on a bus to go to the Stardome.and when we were on the bus we were singing then we got there and we all hopped out of the bus and went to find our leader and line up. So we can listen to Miss King so we know what to do after that we went into the stardom and there was a rocket ship when you enter the door.


At the Stardome, we learned some really cool things about our solar system.We had to take our bags off and put them in this cage to keep them safe once you have done that you keep walking and then we went in this room and there was a lady standing there, once everybody was sitting down she started talking and she was talking for ages and then she grabbed some cards and asked some quiets and some of the class got to stand up at the front and holed the plant that they got.Later then we got to do a quiz on a ipad and it was like a Scavenger hunt when we were finished we had to go in this big room and the roof was a Semi circle and we got in trouble a little bit but it was ok we sat down and relaxed and then the room got darker and darker everyone started to scream then the lady made it go litter and asked us if we could handle the dark we said ‘’yes’’ so she made it go dark again and there was a movie that we could watch the movie was about finding a new home they looked at every place in space and the last place they looked was Earth and they lived in a sand pit.

When we weren’t in the Stardome, we were having fun outside.I was having fun on the octopus wheels and I was playing with Mr. Moran’s sister Miss Moran and she was pushing us it was so fun.I just played on the octopus wheels and I was going to go on the flying fox but we didn’t have enough time.

After all this, we headed back to Point England School. When we got to school it was lunch time and we played again after that we went in the class and we usually have running but we didn’t have running because we were to tired, so we finished our work and then went home.

Today I read that Bella got Sid and took her home yesterday not the real yesterday the book yesterday,one day Bella thought it will be cool if Megan comes to Bella's house and play with her and Sid so she called Megan and she said '' Hi we got the dog yesterday his name is Sid do you want to come over and play with us '' but Megan said no I am busy Bella she said'' do you have some news'' Megan said ''yes we have a dog to we got her yesterday and her name is Coco'' Bella asked ''if we  could meet up at the park so Sid and Coco can meet and maybe be friends.''

The amount of the moon that you can see from earth.Depends on how much of it is light up by the sun.This amount changes each day,the phases of the moon depend on its position in relation to the sun and Earth.As the moon makes his way around the earth we see the bright parts of the moon's surface at different angles these are called phases of the moon,it takes 29 days to orbit around the Earth.

The season Dictation

Season’s are caused because of the Earth’s changing position with the sun.The Earth travels around the sun called an orbit once a year.As the Earth orbits the sun the amount of sunlight each place on the planet get’s everyday changes slightly.this change causes the seasons.We divide the year into four season’ Spring,Summer,Autumn and Winter.Each season lasts three months.With Summer being the warmest season,Winter being the coldest and Spring and Autumn  lying in between.The season’s have a lot of impact on what happens on the Earth.
